About Your Course
MA Business offers an individually tailored study programme which can help you supplement a previous degree with a postgraduate business qualification and to specialise in a chosen business field at a higher level. The unique flexibility of this course means that you are in control of your Individual Programme of Study (IPoS). You are not confined to one particular discipline and can choose approved modules from a wide range of subjects such as accounting and finance, business strategy, human resource management, management, marketing, public relations and communications.
You can also choose modules from other areas in the university, provided it has some business content, to tailor the degree towards your particular area of interest.
This provides a broadly based and business relevant qualification designed to suit the needs of your chosen career.
For those wishing to return to study after years in industry this masters can be particularly useful, especially when studying part-time in order to fit around the demands of your current employment.
